What is the recommended age?
The recommended age range for a Camp-IN party is 5 to 12 years old
How long is the Camp-IN rental?
The rental period is approximately 24 hours from time of delivery, typically 12pm to 12pm the following day. Please specify your preferred times in the booking request form and we will get back to you quickly with the information required to confirm your party!
Do I have to rent the tents overnight?
If you prefer a rental period that is not overnight, please specify this in your booking request form. The price of the package is the same.
What is the service area and is there a charge for delivery?
Andreas' Camp-IN services primarily Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Courtice and Bowmanville. Delivery is included in the package price for locations within 15 kilometres of postal code L1M 2J4. For addresses more than 15 kilometres from L1M 2J4, a minimum $25 delivery fee will apply. The delivery fee will be confirmed during the booking process. Andreas' Camp-IN reserves the right to refuse a booking.
To avoid the delivery fee, can I pick up the equipment?
No. For insurance reasons, equipment can only be transported by Andreas' Camp-IN
Who sets up and takes down the equipment?
Setting up camp is half the fun! Andreas' Camp-IN will deliver clean, perfectly packaged equipment to your door, according to your specifications. Simply choose a site in your home, unpack the bins and enjoy setting up and creating an indoor camping experience with your family! Use the instructions provided and the website gallery to guide you or be creative and set it up however you like. Please don't forget to share your photos with us. We want to see how you made Andreas' Camp-IN your own!
When the party is over, simply repack the equipment in the bins provided and place them outside of your home within 10 minutes of the scheduled pick up time.
How much space do I need?
Each tent is 36” wide by 46” long.
Please measure your space accordingly during our booking and consultation process to ensure there are no disappointments when you set up. You will not be refunded if the tents are not able to fit your space.
How do you ensure cleanliness?
All soft materials, including decorative pillows, tent covers and flags are steam cleaned after each rental. Hard surfaces such as tent frames, mattresses, trays, lanterns and lights are disinfected. Camp-IN uses high quality, durable materials to ensure they withstand regular, thorough cleaning while maintaining their structural and aesthetic integrity.
For your health and safety, campers are required to supply their own bed pillow and blanket or sleeping bag.
Where are the tents made?
The tents are handmade with care in Brooklin, Ontario.
How much is a Camp-IN Party?

Once we confirm your party, we will require a payment of half of your package price. Payments can be made by e-transfer once we confirm your party.
The balance is due 24 hours prior to equipment drop off.
What if my campers break something?
Camp-IN will inspect the equipment for damage. Per the terms and conditions of rental provided to you upon booking, in the event an item is damaged, the cost associated with replacing or repairing the item(s) will be charged to you.
What if I have to cancel my party?
Rental packages can be cancelled no less than 7 days in advance of your confirmed booking , (i.e. if your confirmed booking is for Saturday at 3pm, you must cancel by the previous Saturday at 3pm). If cancelled within this time frame, your deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation is less than 7 days in advance of your confirmed booking , payments made will not be refunded but can applied to a future booking within 12 months, Please read our response to COVID-19.
What if I need more or less tents than were confirmed in my original booking?
You can make changes to the number of tents you require no less than 7 days in advance of your confirmed booking. If you require more tents, they are subject to availability. Your final invoice, payable 24 hours before equipment drop-off will reflect any changes.
Can I buy a Camp-IN tent to keep?
The tents are not currently available for purchase
